Abstract: In recent years, with the development of online video technology, more and more people learn languages through video sharing websites. As the world's largest video website, YouTube platform gathers a large group of learners and a huge amount of learning resources. Many users upload English teaching videos on YouTube, and these videos have gained a lot of attention. This study investigates the relationship between length of online YouTube English learning videos and learning effectiveness of English learners.
