Abstract: ABSTRACT In this article, we report the complete genome sequence of Microbacteriun strain A8/3-1 isolated from the root nodule of Oxytropis tragacanthoides Fisch. ex DC., growing in the Altai region, Russia. The sequence was obtained using Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION.
