Gluteal metastasis on both sides from Esophageal Carcinoma

Abstract: Hematogenous metastasis of esophageal carcinoma is not uncommon however esophageal carcinoma metastasis to skeletal muscles is a rare entity. Here, we report the case of metastasis in gluteus muscles on both the sides in a known case of Ca Esophagus (Adenocarcinoma). Early diagnosis of the possibility of metastasis in muscles in a cancer patient can increase the life expectancy and can reduce the rate of complications.
