Abstract: Baker‘s asthma in times of legal changes and the new S2k guideline “Specialist diagnosis and treatment of asthma With the abolition of the statutory obligation to refrain from BK 4301, the recognition figures for this BK have increased significantly. The main representative is baker’s asthma, the treatment of which follows the revised step-by-step scheme of the new S2k asthma guideline. The effectiveness of the task has been proven for the prevention of the disease; however, there is a lack of evidence for the effectiveness of individual preventive measures. The “Asthma LINDern” research project aims to help close these gaps.
