Abstract: Through an investigation and analysis of learning platforms, the author designed and implemented the personalized learning platform based on Android, adhering to the design principles. The platform is customized to learners’ learning styles and ubiquitous learning. Learners may receive personalized recommendations from the platform and get optimized user experience, which in turn enhances learners’ motive and efficiency in learning and supports teachers’ teaching.
