Partner financing: essential elements of the legal regime

Abstract: Experimental rulemaking, which has spread in recent years, has largely covered the national banking system. The experiment in the field of partner financing, introduced by Federal Law “On conducting an experiment to establish special regulation in order to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of partner financing activities in certain subjects of the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”, is characterized by an original character here. In this regard, the study of the elements of the legal regime framing this experiment, the identification of its features, as well as “bottlenecks” and the search for ways to minimize them, becomes extremely relevant.
