Model of formation of tutoring competence of future educational psychologists

Abstract: The article discusses the problem of individualization of training and substantiates the importance of developing a specialist’s tutoring competence. When designing a model for the formation of tutoring competence of future educational psychologists, the methodological foundations were identified: problem-oriented, systemic and competency-based approaches. The research used methods of systematization, generalization, synthesis and modeling. The blocks of the model are identified (conceptual-target, content, procedural and evaluative-resultative) and their characteristics are given.
