Problems and Prospects of Providing the Brewing Industry of Siberia With Raw Materials of Own Production

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to analyze the opportunities and risks of providing the Siberian brewing industry with domestic raw materials. The following types of studies are presented: PEST analysis, net present value (NPV), project profitability index (PI), internal rate of return (IRR), discounted payback period (DPP). Profitability index of this project (PI) 1.18; payback period will be 7 years. However, additional funding and an increase in labor resources will reduce this period.
