Year: 2024
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Strongyloides stercoralis infects the duodenum and jejunum with rare involvement of the stomach. However, the clinical presentation and endoscopic findings are non-specific. There are limited data on upper gastrointestinal endoscopy findings in S. stercoralis with gastroduodenal involvement. In this case series of seven patients, we summarize such findings after diagnosis with tissue biopsy.
