Abstract: Extraneural metastasis from primary brain tumors is an extremely rare occurrence. The majority of such cases described in the literature are medulloblastoma relapses. In this article, we report a case of relapse in a patient with medulloblastoma with the metastatic involvement of the bone marrow two years after successful treatment for the primary tumor. The patient's parents gave consent to the use of their child's data, including photographs, for research purposes and in publications.
