Abstract: The article analyzes the domestic and foreign experience of informatization of master's training management in higher education institutions in the context of global digitalization. Examples of the use of information systems in education, which becomes a key factor for improving the quality of higher education and optimizing administrative processes, are considered. In the course of the study, special attention is paid to the impact of informatization on the adaptation of educational programs to the needs of the modern educational market, ensuring accessibility and flexibility of educational processes. The legal regulation of distance education in Ukraine is also considered, which includes an analysis of the main legislative acts, such as the Law of Ukraine "On Education" and "On Higher Education", relevant resolutions that regulate the use of information technologies in education.
