Abstract: The article examines the principles of designing and implementing the individual trajectory of a teacher's professional development in an institution of continuing education, in particular, the experience of the M. V. Оstrohradskyi Poltava Academy of Continuous Education in the development of technologies for effective management of teacher professional development processes in the context of A. Makarenko's pedagogical legacy is shown. Theoretically grounded, based on the ideas of A. Makarenko, nine principles of designing and implementing the individual trajectory of a teacher in the conditions of war: continuity, awareness, scientificity, clarity, objectivity, developmental training, democratization of advanced training, self-development of the teacher's personality on advanced training courses, psychological support for the professional development of the personality of teachers on advanced training courses according to an individual educational trajectory.
