Abstract: This research paper presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of organic crop production between the USA and Europe, focusing on identifying similarities and differences in organic farming practices, regulatory frameworks, and market trends. A mixed-methods approach was employed, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data collected from various sources, including government reports, academic articles, and industry publications. The findings indicate significant differences in how organic farming is practiced and regulated across the two regions, with Europe displaying a more mature organic market characterized by a higher market share and faster growth rate. The abstract also highlights the implications of these findings for policymakers, farmers, and consumers, pointing to the need for tailored policy interventions that reflect the unique conditions in each region to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of organic farming.
