Abstract: Agnieszka Przepiórska's monodramas are a series of performances inspired by women's biographies. They are an example of herstory – history that reflects the specificity of women's experiences through an affective and identity-building approach. Monologues establish a strong biographical relationship between the actress and the heroines by combining the features of testimony and confession.
