Research on the evaluation index system of financial integration of cigarette business based on AHP

Abstract: The construction of an index system with the guidance of the organic coupling development of the integration of business and finance can not only improve the efficiency of resource allocation of tobacco enterprises, but also improve the innovation ability of enterprises, and continuously promote enterprises to move forward as world-class enterprises, so the construction of index system is of great significance. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, this paper constructs an evaluation system for the integration of business and finance by querying relevant literature and relevant experts, and forms 25 specific evaluation index systems from the five dimensions of infrastructure construction, budget and control of business and finance integration, customer service, capacity improvement, and green development, and calculates the weights of various indicators through consistency testing, which points out a certain breakthrough direction for the development of business and finance integration.
