Abstract: The proposed Smart campus placement system is designed to streamline the placement process by involving students, companies, and Training and Placement Officers (TPOs).Students can create profiles, input their skills and academic details, and receive personalized job recommendations through a machine learning algorithm.Companies can post job openings and conduct assessments, such as aptitude and technical tests, to evaluate candidates.The system records and shares students' performance with companies to aid in hiring decisions.Additionally, a feedback loop enables TPOs to gather student insights, improve preparation strategies, and enhance the overall placement experience.
