Abstract: Summary. The article presents the experience of treatment of fractures of the proximal humerus on the basis of the trauma department of “Kryvyi Rih City Clinical Hospital №2”. In the period from 2014. by 2024, 103 patients were hospitalized. Of these, 24 patients were treated conservatively - immobilization with a bandage or plaster bandage of the Deso type or a bandage bandage was used. 79 patients underwent surgery - depending on the type of fracture, as well as on the patient’s abilities, L-shaped, T-shaped plates and plates with angular stability of the “Philos” type were used. Most patients who underwent various types of osteosynthesis had good and satisfactory results.
