Worker voice is mainly concerned with Labour. All human beings are different in trainings, skills, Education, family background, attitude, & productivity. Every individual has set of expectations from the organisation and unmet expectations, stressful lives, and self-beliefs (including wicked thoughts) are some of the factors that lead to discontent.
