Abstract: Squamoid eccrine ductal carcinoma (SEDC) is an unusually rare neoplasm of the skin with a relatively high risk for local recurrence and a potential for metastasis. While typical presentations occur in older, male patients, this case report describes the diagnosis made in a pregnant patient in her third trimester. The clinical presentation, pathology, and treatment course of SEDC are outlined in this article.
