Abstract: This research looks at the issue of the relationship between the tangible and intangible heritage in epigraphy of women in Moesia Inferior, shedding light on their social, professional, juridic, religious status, onomastics etc. and the importance of materials used for the inscriptions (almost exclusively limestone and marble).
