Abstract: The health sector is considered one of the most important sectors that has received significant attention from authorities and various organizations due to the type of services it provides and its direct connection to the health and lives of individuals, this importance has led various healthcare organizations to focus intensely on improving healthcare services, they strive to enhance patient satisfaction by increasing the quality of their services, the Mother and child hoapital of Tlemcen is one of these organizations that tries it best to provide high quality services that’s why we intend to define healthcare quality in this hospital and analyzing the relationship between healthcare services quality and patient’s satisfaction.
