Abstract: Glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis is difficult to treat in patients with nephrotic syndrome. The efficacy and safety of denosumab in pediatric population is unknown. We report the successful use of denosumab in a child who was non responsive to conventional measures and bisphosphonates.
