Teaching a foreign language through ICT to students with dyslexia and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and the role of ICTs
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Students with learning disabilities are a heterogeneous group and exhibit particularities in the areas of perception, language, memory, attention and concentration, metacognition, self-regulation, motivation, behavior, social skills and emotional development. It is therefore important to identify these difficulties as early as possible, so that students can be helped in time by adapting teaching to their own needs. New technologies, already promising in a variety of fields, seem to be able to be used for the necessary differentiation of teaching, materials and assessment of students with learning difficulties such as dyslexia and ADHD.
