Abstract: The results of calculating the average volume temperature of the 5CSEBA2U23I7SN chip and the air temperature inside the processor are presented. The calculation was performed using the SolidWorksFlowSimulation software. The calculation takes into account the convection inside the device. The heat dissipation power of the 5CSEBA2U23I7SN chip is 4.5 watts. The maximum temperature reached inside the chip in the unit without a cooling system is 179.3 ° C, which significantly exceeds the upper operating temperature range. Two types of cooling systems have been developed and analyzed for this purpose.
