Abstract: An analytical dependence of air pressure on altitude was obtained, taking into account the altitude dependencies of the composition and temperature of the atmosphere. The results of a comparative analysis of atmospheric pressure values calculated in wide ranges of air temperature and height above the Earth’s surface using standard and refined barometric formulas are presented..
