Abstract: One of the trends in the development of electronic equipment designed for receiving and transmitting information is the shift of the carrier frequency of radio signals to the ultrahigh frequency (microwave) region, reducing the size and weight of the equipment due to the use of modern materials and technologies. Relatively new materials, equipment and technological processes have been developed and are being developed that would meet the needs of developers in improving the performance and functional sealing of equipment.
