Abstract: The principle of operation and block diagram of a device for determining the temperature of the spatial charge region of LEDs based on recording the dynamics of changes in direct voltage during pulsed direct current heating and subsequent cooling of LEDs are described. The results of experimental studies of low-power GNL-3014PGC LEDs are presented.
