Abstract: In this paper, the authors describe the method of studying the elastic properties of combined film structures and the method of their preparation. The results of the study of the influence of the conditions of formation of combined structures based on anodic aluminum oxide on the Young's modulus of these structures are presented. The possibility of obtaining structures with specified elastic properties by changing the anodization parameters is shown.
