Modeling and Experimental Study of Spin Waves in a Yig Film With Magnetite Nanoparticles on the Surface
Year: 2024
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: The paper presents the results of micromagnetic modeling based on the numerical solution of the Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equation of a magnonic microwave guide with an array of magnetic elements on its surface. The possibility of controlling the characteristics of spin wave propagation in a structure with magnetite nanoparticles based on an iron–yttrium garnet film on a gallium–gadolinium garnet substrate by changing the direction of the external magnetic field is studied. It is shown that the proposed configuration allows for the control of spin-wave signals, which opens up the possibility of application in magnonic logic and sensorics.
