Abstract: This paper presents a numerical study of nonlinear dynamics of spin waves in two-layer lateral magnetic microwaveguides. The analysis is based on a system of two lateral microwaveguides made from YIG film, placed on a substrate of gadolinium-gallium garnet (GGG). Using the finite element method to solve Maxwell's equations, the effects of nonlinear switching of spin-wave signal power and its impact on the field distribution in the system are investigated. It is shown that inhomogeneity of the internal magnetic field and structural features lead to the formation of spinwave zones and phase shifts, which opens up possibilities for the development of nonlinear devices such as branchers, diodes, and power dividers in planar magnon networks for selective signal processing.
