Abstract: The results of investigation of the optical characteristics of nanophotonic systems based on nanomaterials with a quasi-zero effective refractive index are presented. The optical properties of nanocomposite structures with quasi-zero values of the effective complex refractive index in a wide optical wavelength range are considered.
