Abstract: Limited data are available on the effectiveness of gilteritinib as a third-line salvage therapy in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). We present an elderly patient who achieved sustained remission following gilteritinib monotherapy as a third-line treatment after failing two prior regimens.
