Abstract: The article discusses international experience and standards of implementation of innovative technologies in the processes of document management, which significantly affects the efficiency of the organization and contributes to the rapid and effective development of information technology. One of the main goals of information technology implementation is to ensure efficient document management, which includes the creation, implementation, processing, storage and transfer of documents. Therefore, the implementation of electronic document management systems and document automation is an important element of using international standards to develop strategies that include effective recommendations adapted to local requirements. Such integration will help improve document management systems, increase efficiency and transparency.
