The centralized approach to policy formulation and implementation underscores the strategic alignment of technology management policies with the country's objectives, including those related to public diplomacy. Additionally, TTOs play a crucial role in facilitating the transfer of technologies and knowledge between universities, research institutions, and industry, contributing to Turkey's technological advancement and competitiveness.
