Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: License and permit conditions violation leads to legal responsibility, expressed in different sanctions. The extent of liability depends on the country's legislation and the type of breached conditions. Adherence to the terms of the license and permit ensures the legality of the licensed activity, and legal problems will be avoided if there is no violation. Violation of license and permit conditions means non-fulfillment of the requirements and obligations imposed on the license or permit holder. Licensing conditions are established when a license or permit is issued and include various criteria and rules to be followed when performing licensed activities. Violation of license/permit conditions is subject to administrative or other liability, including a warning, fine, revocation, or suspension of license or permit. The extent of liability depends on the nature of the violation, the legal circumstances, and the requirements of specific legislation. The article will discuss cases of violation of license/permit conditions, legal bases, and mechanisms of imposing administrative responsibility.
