A new species of Eudemopsis Falkovitsh (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae: Olethreutinae: Olethreutini) from Thailand and Laos, with the proposed synonymy of Fansipaniana Razowski

Abstract: The genus Eudemopsis Falkovitsh is recorded from Laos for the first time as the new species Eudemopsis squamapanna Pinkaew & Muadsub sp. nov. Illustrations of adults and their genitalia are provided. In addition, Fansipaniana Razowski, 2009, is synonymized with Eudemopsis, resulting in two new combinations: E. fansipana (Razowski), comb.nov. and E. tamdaoensis (Heppner & Bae), comb. nov. The addition of these three species increases the number of described Eudemopsis to 15.
