Fast onset of thrombolytic effect of efficiently inhalable spray-dried rivaroxaban powder formulations

Abstract: ) (60 %) of all tested formulations was achieved by using Inhalac® 400 as a carrier. The data strongly suggest a significant therapeutic potential of a rivaroxaban dry powder formulation, combining fast onset and a plateau of plasma concentrations turning it into a potential first aid therapeutic.
