Abstract: One of the priority areas of development is to provide the population with high-quality drinking water, the chemical composition of which will not only meet all established hygienic requirements, but will also benefit the body. For people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, it is extremely important to reduce the amount of sodium in the diet, which can be achieved by drinking water with a minimum amount of sodium ions. The work is devoted to the study of the process of mineralization of distilled water by developed composite ceramic materials.
