Abstract: The article reveals the importance for the educational institution the internal system of the education quality ensuring development and functioning in order to overcome educational losses and provide quality educational services. The authors analyzed the compounds of the functioning an effective internal system of the education quality ensuring in the areas: «Educational environment», «Pedagogical activity of teaching staff», «Students’ evaluation system», «Management processes of an educational institution». In this article substantiated self-assessment conducting of the educational and management processes of the institution. It is determined the necessary units of the functioning accessible, safe, high-quality education in the Vinnytsia region in today's circumstances there. This will allow the teaching staff of general secondary education institutions of Vinnitsa to form a vector of improvement of the internal system of ensuring the quality of education in 2024/2025.
