Abstract: This article deals with health as an inalienable human right of older people, as subjects with full rights, who must access health and life in general with quality, with information, without discrimination or abuse. Living this stage of life in the best conditions is possible by assuming responsibilities and trying to make conscious decisions for healthy aging. The challenge is everyone's task, without forgetting the share of responsibility that we have as pointed out by the WHO towards the Decade of Healthy Aging 2021-2030, declared by the United Nations General Assembly in December 2020, as the main strategy to build a society for all ages.
