Abstract: What does it take for a social change organization to move from its strong, organic growth to an even more impactful planned, strategic growth? Social change organizations often begin with an innovative solution and they grow organically, maximizing growth with their own talents and resources. To make swing‐for‐the‐fences change, however, requires a community.
