Abstract: ABSTRACT First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Journal of Cell Science, helping researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Kyoung-Min Choi is co-first author on ‘ Mature microRNA-binding protein QKI suppresses extracellular microRNA let-7b release’, published in JCS. Kyoung-Min is an Associate Research Scholar in the lab of Je-Hyun Yoon at the College of Medicine, University of Oklahoma, investigating the functions of noncoding RNAs in metabolic disorders.
