Abstract: Patterning Polymer Chain Orientation Bringing long-range structural ordering into otherwise disordered polymer semiconductors is long-sought for bio-inspired organic systems and light confinement. In article number 2407117, Yuping Shi and co-workers developed a photoalignment technique to inscribe high-resolution bespoke chain-orientation patterns in large-area extended polymer crystals that exhibit unity order parameters and remarkably anisotropic excitation energy transfer and emission.
