Abstract: :In order to deeply study the influencing factors of the carbonation resistance of reclaimed concrete, C30 concrete specimen blocks from abandoned buildings were used, which were processed into recycled aggregates with continuous particle size gradation (5~20mm).Thirty-nine steel fibers (SF) reclaimed concrete specimens were prepared using this recycled aggregate by adding SF of different volume rates and considering the effect of different age (T) and different water/cement ratios (W/R). Orthogonal table L16 (43×26) was used to arrange the SF reclaimed concrete carbonation test and analyze the effect of SF volume rate, recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) replacement rate, W/R, and T on the carbonation resistance of reclaimed concrete. The experimental results show that the carbonation depth of SF reclaimed concrete shows an increasing trend over time, the smaller the W/R, the smaller the carbonation depth, the carbonation depth of reclaimed concrete is lower than that of reclaimed concrete with other substitution rates when the substitution rate of RCA is 50%, and the incorporation of 1% SF can most effectively improve the carbonation resistance. The experimental results were analyzed by orthogonal polynomial regression theory, and the regression equations were established for the carbonation depth of reclaimed concrete and the factors such as SF volume rate, RCA substitution rate, W/R, and T-action, and the regression coefficients were computationally examined, and ultimately the optimal regression equations were derived and confidence intervals were given.
