Biodiesel production using waste cooking oil and Amberlite 62i as heterogeneous catalyst: Sustainability energy solution
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: The positive impact of this industrial development is felt in the economic sector where so many jobs are created, not only that, there are also many applications of new technologies that are eventually applied in various fields. The negative impact is felt in the form of industrial waste in the form of liquid, solid and gaseous waste containing substances that are harmful to the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is how to reduce industrial waste as a result of technological development in Indonesia. The highest biodiesel conversion obtained was 82% at 60 oC and 20% catalyst.
