Abstract: We thank the authors for taking the time to thoroughly read our paper entitled “Intra-articular Vancomycin Reduces Prosthetic Infection in Primary Hip and Knee Arthroplasty” and giving us the opportunity to clarify some of the points you raised. To your first point, all patients had 2 g IV cefazolin.
