Institutional foundations of the modern mechanism of digitalization of agroindustrial complex management

Abstract: The regulatory and legal framework in the sphere of digitalization of agroindustrial complex management is analyzed. The system of republican public administration bodies in the context of digital development of agriculture was defined, including two blocks of subjects: public administration in the field of digital development and sectoral management of digital development in the agroindustrial complex. Within the framework of the modern institutional mechanism of digitalization of the agroindustrial complex management, the main subjects, their functions and infrastructural components that provide the necessary conditions for the introduction of information and communication technologies in the agricultural sphere, the implementation of state projects of sectoral digital development, the formation of a network system of interaction and digital technological base of industry management have been established.
