Abstract: With the deepening of sunshine sports, colleges and universities should implement the educational concept of health first , comprehensively promote the reform and development of Taekwondo course, increase the attraction of Taekwondo course to students, promote the overall improvement of students physical and psychological quality, and enhance their team cooperation ability and cultural self-confidence. The purpose of this paper is to promote the reform and development of Taekwondo course in colleges and universities, so as to promote the realization of the goal of sunshine sports.
