A Rare Case of Fibrillary Glomerulonephritis Presented as Nephrotic Syndrome in a Patient With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Fibrillary Glomerulonephritis is a rare form of glomerulonephritis with poor prognosis and less proven therapeutic options. My patient, a 42 year old recently diagnosed Diabetic but non-hypertensive who presented as adult onset nephrotic syndrome and kidney biopsy showed presence of Fibrillary Glomerulonephritis. She got remission with injection Rituximab.
