Abstract: This paper reviewed on research histories and applications of laser initiated ordinance system which could alternates the electrically operated initiators/detonators and arm-safe devices.Laser system uses fiber to interconnect between laser source and outputs instead of electrical lines.Thus the system is immune to EMI/EMC/RF perturbation which enables the system optimization in terms of weight and price.Due to these advantages, USA and EU mainly involved in laser system development more than 70 years and now they validated its field operability in both military missiles and space launchers. 초 록유도무기 및 우주발사체 운용에 필수적인 전기식 착화기/기폭관과 이를 작동시키기 위한 점화안전장치/
